Clad entirely in metal, aluminum and glass, the Convention Centre is a vessel of slender lines. Designed by Claude VASCONI, it is resolutely contemporary and functional. Moored alongside the canal, its glass roof overlooks a vast landscaped park. Ideally located in the heart of the city, it is just a 5-minute walk from the historic centre, a high-quality hotel complex, the main cafés and restaurants and the TGV station.

OUR SPACES

Resolutely contemporary, the building has a surface area of 15,000m2 on 3 levels and is an example of functionality thanks to the logical and legible organisation of its spaces. All the spaces are air-conditioned and bathed in light (with the exception of the amphitheatres).
A 1,850m forecourt under the Convention Centre completes the facilities and can be used for exhibitions. Reims Congrès also has an underground car park with 232 spaces and an exhibitor car park with 75 spaces.

All in one piece, the large 2,500m2 nave with its extended Lounge Bar is modular and can be adapted to all types of configurations: exhibitions, cocktails, catering, gala evenings, plenary sessions, etc. Its central position between the reception area and the amphitheatres ensures that it will be well attended by participants.

Bright and spacious, the 2 dining areas, le Millésime and le Bouchon, plunge into the greenery thanks to the large glass roof and offer lunches, cocktails and business meals a beautiful panoramic view of the landscaped grounds. Their capacity is adapted to that of the two amphitheatres. They can also be used for exhibitions.

THE LOUNGE BAR

Level 1

In the extension of the Grande Nef (Great Nave), the Lounge Bar is the meeting point for participants, ideal for coffee breaks, aperitifs and cocktails. It is equipped with a permanent bar (licence IV) and the building's main cloakroom. A dedicated team will help you set up your catering services.
